We develop high-precision MEMS inertial systems: gyroscopic modules, orientation systems and inertial navigation. For each of our products, we spent dozens and hundreds of hours of testing on rotary stands and applied the parameter identification method to build a qualitative non-linear model of errors. For example, we take into account not only the change in ambient temperature, but also the rate of temperature change. We reduce the dependence of gyro zero offsets on linear acceleration and acceleromeres zeros on the angular velocity. We programmatically eliminate the mismatch of the axes of gyroscopes and accelerometers, calibrate the non-orthogonality of their axes. In the model, we take into account the mismatch of the center of mass of the sensors and much more. We implemented an adaptive adjustment of the sensitivity of gyroscopes and accelerometers, depending on the nature of the movement. We take into account more than 20 different factors related to movement parameters and the external environment.
